Infractions

The infractions system has been around for a while, but it only recently started showing up in user profiles. I've decided to put it into affect now.

An infraction is something you can give a user if they do the following:

Spam
Insult other members
Break the signature rules
Break the spoilers rules

You can choose to give them a warning, or an actual infraction. An infraction gives the person one point. When a user gets up to 10 infractions (10 points) they will be moved to a temporary banned usergroup, where they are able to still view the board, but not post or reply. They are also banned from chat.

However, I will still ban spammers and members as usual, this is more of a warning system that regular users can use.

Members who have 50 posts or more can give infractions, however, mods and admins cannot receive infractions. If a mod is causing trouble, I will deal with them myself. :smokin2:

i am sure fright will fix it and a infraction will be sent to the person giving out false ones, this should only be used in a honest manner to help UHM stay on track the way its suppose to be and not get out of control

it will be fixed...personial issues are not a reason for infractions unless they are being harassed...like fright listed in the original post

If someone is just doing it to do it then they lose their ability to give infractions. :sure:
