All I remember of this film is it's a giant Spider film. It was a woman who had some kind of red mark on her stomace and it would cause her to turn into a giant spider that killed people. Ring any bells anyone?

I think Joker's right, I believe the movie you're thinking about is "Curse of the Black Widow", it was done in 1977. It was a "movie of the week" sort of flick, with a girl who inherited the ability to turn into a giant Black Widow spider at will, at the end we found out that she had the red hourglass on her belly, am I right?
