Alright so yesterday I was browsing the web as usual and suddenly i dont remember, but the onecare anti virus program detected a virus trying to interfere or whatever so I stopped it. Then it said something called getmodule32 was trying to access the computer so I blocked that, I checked the task manager and it was on there as getmodule32.exe. I dont know if that is something like a virus or whatever Ive never seen it before. Well I blocked it and now my computer is fucked. when I turn it on, the icons appear for a second then dissappear. not even the bottom bar where the start menu is is gone. I have to shut the computer down by pushing the button// Dont know what the fuck is going on with the comp. Any suggestions?

Otherwise, just run an anti-virus and anti-spyware scans.

you are going to have to boot into safe mode to resolve this issue as well as get you some spyware removal tools. Spybot is a free program to download and you can start with that one. I would also recommend getting yourself better virus protection as well. let me know if you need some help, I will be glad to lend a hand.
