The theme to a movie can excite you and make a movie much better. The sound is a crucial factor in all horror movies as well. The various sounds, composing, etc... They envelop you. I don't know why, but a lot of these 10,000+ Posters have been on my ass for being new to this site. I could swear they are just mad at me for having a life. And I guess they can't read.

First, let's see if my post is allowed since I received an infraction. Then I would like to say that steelba has turned me away from the site for good. He's not the only person to insult on being new to the site. And it's not a user-friendly experience getting poked fun at by the moderators. Anyway, if anyone even wanted to here that, let's not just make this a whine post however.

-For all who were unclear or who did not read the whole topic description I wrote, The "Theme" I refer to is the song theme that a movie is know for, such as Psycho's theme; a youtube link, shown below, will help steelba find his way, as his eyes are bleeding from the tremendous post count and all he needs to do now is click a link.

the rap group three6mafia actully sampled the beat for one of their songs...:D

one of the friday the 13ths had a sweet theme too...dont remeber which one but ont eh f13 box set..they use the theme as backround music on the special features disc...

Wasn't horror and not a lot of folks liked it, but the score to The Village was pretty eerie. As for more mainstream themes, I've always loved the Halloween theme. It's classic. Poltergeist too.
