I was just wondering if anyone remembered the original pitch for FEAST. The government has developed a new weapon but before they use it on foreign enemies, they must test it on a remote town. I saw the preview for the original movie the other day and it made me think, wtf happened to that path? How did such a great premise and good movie spawn such a ridiculous sequel of monster semen? Any clue if they are going to approach this pitch in the third film, or if it's just going to be more monster vomit? Your thoughts?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xgys3pi2eN0 I don't think it was ever supposed to be part of the movie...just something for the advertising

Those bastards and their marketing. Thanks all. Now my hopes are even lower for the third one. If I hadn't been so incredibly baked for the second one, I would have turned it off after that scene as well steelba. Such high hopes for that franchise. Oh well

Feast 2 was a disaster, quite possibly one of the worst movies ever

I think we all agree about that TX, and through its terribleness, there are still worse movies out there.

Haven't checked Part 2 yet but I loved the first, and I loved the Project Greenlight show that showed the making of.

go into it with low expectations, and a strong buzz going. it's pretty ridiculous. Nothing like the first.

First one was greatness and the second one is garbage. I won't even bother with third.

Second one dragged on a lot...but I, unlike some people before me, will say I did enjoy the baby scene hahaha.

I loved this trilogy. The formula of unexpected and exagerated things happening in this horror movie was enjoyable.
I think that premise of goverment experiments in the trailer could be the explanation that you will never receive in the movies and I take that as another unussual resource applied to the history (the cause in the trailer but not in the movie i mean).
