The Beast Must Die (1974)

Caught this horror mystery today on cable. Basically there's a guest at a get together who is cursed and will turn into a werewolf by the time the moon rises...and we gotta guess who it will be. Not bad. Good cast that includes Peter Cushing, who pretty much is excellent in everything he does. Decent FX and an entertaining story lead to a pretty good watch IMO. We actually take a werewolf break to act as a jury to figure out who the werewolf is :lol:

Loved this movie! i first saw it two halloweens ago on the AMC horrorfest, it was like 3 in the morning and worth staying up to watch.

YES! I love this film. Sure, it's not much in the way of a werewolf movie, but it's just kick ass. Fun way to play detective. The werewolf break is a great idea in this film, but it wouldn't be as great in any other movie.

Yes I love the movie and from the looks of it I',m not the only one here that does. I do have it on DVD and watch it from time to time. Pretty campy, but that's what Amicus was all about; shame that it folded. For the modest price of $45 I could bring myself to part with it:D

This movie rules. I loved the psuedo mystery story throughout it.
