I have been working out with Wii Fit since Monday, the yoga is awesome. I like the cardio I get with the hula game too.

I think it's motivating how you can set goals for yourself. I never realized how unbalanced I was, but in the short time of working with the wii I've gotten a lot better.

I'm waiting for FrighT to get us an elliptical, that's my favorite workout.

Tell him to buy you a treadmill. I know where you can get one really cheap and in great condition.

As much as I love the Wii, the reviews for using Wii Fit to lose weight aren't so good. It seems to act more as a motivator than an actual technique or routine.

I had a lot of luck with DDR and a decent diet back in the day.

I really only like it for the yoga. I like how it helps me with balance and flexibility. It really helps stretch me out.

I suggest a treadmill.

Are you trying to sell me a treadmill?

We had one that went crazy on us. At first the display screen froze, then it would only go at one speed, super fast. We gave it to my moochin' uncle.

I had it advertised in the BUY SELL forum. See if Fright has it.

Pretty fun game... But I didn't believe it when it said my actual weight... It said I was lower than I thought... said I was like 160lbs which I thought I was probably around 170lbs.
