The film opens, following a naked teenage boy, covered in blood. through the woods. After a time of trailing, the film switches over to the sherrif station where the deputies are packing up and getting ready to move on. The boy ends up wandering into the station, with only a hunting knife in hand. The female deputy heads out to summon Sherrif Jack Sheppard, who has hit a downward spiral after being unable to solve the brutal murder of a teenage girl from there town. With guilt weighing down his conscience, and a hangover, Jack climbs out of bed to try to get some answers out of this final case, only to be posed with a supernatural mystery that will send them all into a realm of terror before the night lets out.

I rented this flick a while back, and quite honestly, I was surprised after I had finished. In the beginning, it had the feel of TCM: A New Beginning. It had some interesting twists and turns, and a decent amount of blood. There were a few plot holes here and there, but I didn't mind since I had zero expectations for this film in the first place.
It had a good combo of the supernatural with slasher scenes. By the end, I felt like I had watched an old school episode of the X Files, minus the Mulder and Skully, but all around I was satisfied, especially with how the flick ended. The Leechman episode really came to mind. Due to the quality, and plot holes, I'd have to knock it down a bit, but overall, I can't be to upset over the 99 cents it cost to rent it. 6/10

For being low-budget Direct-to-DVD fare, I thought it was a pretty damn decent flick.

Not really an underground flick, but I thought it was a good movie. The director is kind of a jerk though :2far:

Hmmm, as I went through the underground thread I kind of rethought its placement. Sucks about the director, but its cool you got to meet him.
