I remember watching this a few years ago on the Scream channel, although it looked like it was from the late eighties early nineties but here's the general idea of the movie:
-Girls reformatory school
-Serial killer starts stalking them
-One girl gets killed by an electronic beater which trying to curl her hair with it.
-At the end the headmaster trys to seal the main character inside a brick wall.

so if anyone could help me out it would be mucho appreciated.

Sounds like it could be "Scream Bloody murder", just not sure if i remember that as the ending...
