We've seen them out there.
Example Luigi's Manson where Mario is not the main character.
The question I have is who would you like to see from a game series have their own game as a spin off game for that character?
My list.
1. Ganondorf - Not much of a Zelda fan. I've always enjoyed Link to the Past the most but I've always felt that they could make a good game based around Ganon solely whether it would be having to fight Link/Zelda or have his own crusade.
2. Wesker - Highly unlikely and even though we've played as him a couple times (Umbrella Chronicles and RE4 in the mini game) I feel like a good game could be made around him.
3. Princess Peach - Yeah she was never much of a fighter. Always a weakling that was always abducted by Bowser. Nevertheless I always thought it would be interesting if they were to a base a game around her perhaps having to rescue Mario and Luigi.
4. A Street Fighter solo game - Yeah I think it would work but really no Ryu, Ken, Chun Li, Guile or the typical high profile character. Maybe a Blanka, Balrog, Cammy or Sagat. I would probably make it like a beat em up type game. Beat em ups have not been in vogue for quite a while and a solo Street Fighter could be the perfect type of game to make a beat em up game with.
