I am seriously trying to figure out something about this film.

See I got the R rated version, so I think they cut out a lot. I am still trying to figure out if she dissected the woman and took the baby out of her stomach. I know they she dissected her, but I want to know did they show it.

Can anybody give me any information on that because I would like to see it.
