I remember a 80's movie that centered around like a witch type monster but it was really one of the kids doing all the killings, but at the end they show the witch. I remember the location was at a few log cabins in the foothills of a mountain. It was in English but I have a feeling it was foreign. I know you'll hit this on the button Fright.

It's probably either "Curtains" or "The Comeback". Both those are older slasher flicks that featured witch masks. I dunno, that's what I'm thinking. If I remember correctly, one of those took place in a mansion though...not a log cabin in the foothills. I'll have to rewatch those sometime soon...with as many slasher films that came out in the 80's, they are start to blend in together. haha!
