I've made some tweaks in the usergroup system to now allow username characteristics based on their position on the board. Moderators now have their usernames italicized and bolded, while Uber-Registered users simply have their names bolded.

Admins (me) are now a dark red color. Mods are now a dark blue color. Uber-registered are bolded.
