Sub-Forums

I will be adding sub-forums into the board to help reduce the number of forums and separate'em better. Right now the DVD / Blu-ray forum has sub-forums. You can't post in the actual forum, but you can in the sub-forums, either DVD or Blu-ray. I will integrate it into other parts of the board throughout the night to see what works best with what forums, so you may see changes here and there. :thumbup3:

Are we going to be able to see the latest post icon, or will it remain locked?

Working on something for that right now. Currently the only way to know is the slight difference in color between the mini-folder icons next to a sub-forum. Of course, the Last Post will still remain there as well.

For the time being I'd recommend checking New Posts in the navbar, or use the Latest Post stats up top.

Sub folders have this icon http://www.upcominghorrormovies.com/uhm/images/statusicon/subforum_old.gif when there are no unread posts.

New posts will have this icon http://www.upcominghorrormovies.com/uhm/images/statusicon/subforum_new.gif.

Another way to distinguish what's new is the locked folder looks like this http://www.upcominghorrormovies.com/uhm/images/statusicon/forum_new_lock.gif when there are unread posts.

Hopefully this makes it easier for members to see what's new in certain forums :thumbup3:
