This will be a shorter review then usual since I don't want to give anything away
End Of The Line I have to say is one of the better movies I have seen in a very long time. I went into this movie not expecting too much since I had no idea what it was about. All I knew was that FrighT (:coolbeer:) said it was pretty good and gory, which anything with gore I'm down to watch. Let's just say I was not disappointed with this movie AT ALL! This movie hit my craving of gore right on the spot. Anyways let's get into the movie.
PLOT: The story follows a girl named Karen thats works at as a psychiatric nurse. But we are hardly at the hospital, only for a couple of minutes. We find out that one of her patience has committed suicide by jumping in front of the subway train, which is pretty nice. Most of the story will take place in the subway. Once we get to the subway with Karen, she has these visions of the dead girl (the dead patience), also she gets these pictures that looks like it tells the future, which you get to see in the beginning with a nice little scare. When she is waiting at the station some creepy looking dude tries to talk to her, but luckly there was another guy there named Mike thats helps her out by just talking to her making the other guy leave. So now we get on the subway train, and this is where the fun begins to happen. We get to meet some other people, a J-rocker chick, A hot and heavy couple, some big tough guy. We'll just call them the "Non-Believers". While the train is going, remember that creepy dude I was talking about, of course you do, he ends up hitting the emergency stop button that makes the train stop. After doing so thats when the story really begins. There are other people on the train that we'll just call "The Believers", they all get a page from their Reverend, "The Time Has Come" which pretty much means its time to kill!
I don't want to make this long or give anything else away since i'm pretty sure not too many people have seen it and don't want to give away any of the good parts. All you need to know is that the movie has good gory deaths with one of mine being the Axe right to the dome peice! The characters are believable and not too annoying even though some of them do some pretty dumb shit. The story is good and interesting, and "The Believers" are just plain creepy. Also you can plenty of scares and jump scene, mostly in the beginning though. And for me, the ending is pretty fucking creepy too.
OVERALL: I'd say check this out if you are looking for a nice gory movie with characters that don't piss you off and a good story. Also gives you a couple of "Oh Shit" Moments which is nice. I would give this movie either a 7 or a 8. Probably an 8 just cause of the blood! I'm always a blood/gore fiend so anything with that in it I'm a happy camper. Now go watch this movie, NOW!
