Creepy Rubber Room Flashbacks

O.k. this movie may or may not be a "horror" flick per se but I still need help finding it. It's definitely from the 70's and the scene that has stuck with me is of this chick thrashing around in her "padded cell" and during the scene it keeps flashing to this guys face (real ugly bastard with some type of black hood or hat on).

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. This has been driving me crazy...

Not old enough to be the movie I'm looking for (this film was definitely mid to late '70's) but thanks for the tip. I haven't seen Bad Dreams but will add it to my queue!

Bad Dreams has that exact or a similiar scene in it regardless..

This movie was definitley in color so unfortunately Shock Corridor isn't it. Thanks for the suggestion though!
