I can't for the life of me find a film I once saw on HBO when I was young. It had to be either late 80's or for sure from the 90's.

All I can remember is that the opening sequence dealt with an investigation by the police where the owners of a house or apartment went missing. The police search the house, meanwhile the camera pans away and reveals that the elderly couple who live there have been shrunk and stashed in a shoe box. The police either find them or a cat stumbles upon them and eats them.

It then cuts to an elderly woman walking the streets of (what I think is California) and she notices a supermodel on a billboard. She transforms herself into the supermodel before answering a personal ad for a family. By then it is revealed that she is a witch and worms her way into a family, only to do good yet evil things.

She seduces the father of this family and does weird things like casting a "love" spell on an older girl so that she will follow the fathers younger son into the locker room and do dirty things with him.

I remember a weird scene where the father and supermodel witch are making love and floating above the bed.

In the end their's a bizarre battle between the family and the witch.

I want to say it's a horror/comedy but can find zero information about it. I would LOVE to know what this film is. If you have an idea please help!

Since the original poster has not gotten back to us, I'll have to assume it was the correct movie.
