I remember renting this movie on VHS in the mid-90's with a good friend of mine. It was horrible, but so bad we laughed almost all the way through it. I think the film must have been made in the early to mid 80's, maybe earlier.
All i can really remember is an escaped mental patient dressed as a surgeon with scrubs and a surgeons mask and in a few scenes he is murdering people with a scalpel.
Any ideas?
