I saw back in the early 90's and all I really remember is a scene where a kid runs up a tree to get away from some other kids who are chasing him, but then the other kids start throwing rocks at him and he falls and dies. Then later on he comes back and haunts one of the kids (now grown up) and tries to kill his daughter or something while playing doctor I think.

Anybody know what it is?

Edit: Eh, maybe not. I don't remember any rock throwing.

Actually I do kind of remember Kiefer Sutherland. Is there a scene where he's dreaming about them throwing rocks at the kid?

I might just have two different movies mixed up as being the same one.

During Kiefers controlled death he does dream that but he's a kid in it as well. Do you remember Kevin Bacon and Julia Roberts being in the movie?

Bout the only thing I can really remember is the rock throwing scene then Kiefer waking up or whatever. I'm gonna watch it later to see if that's it.

Any idea what the killer kid playing doctor could be from?
