Might be putting 2 movies together....


1. A kid walks around the rim of a well, and other kids push him in.
2. They search the kids room later in life, and find a turtle shell hollowed out.
3. A cop pulls over a car, and when he asks there name they say Ben Dover.... he does and they drive around.

The first two sounds like it's from this crappy movie called Offerings. It was a Halloween ripoff down to the T. The cover art is some guy handing a present with blood on it, hope that helped.
