Now technically i didn't see the movie. (I saw the scene on a starz preview for halloween). But The Scene was this guy holding a girl by a stairwell. And the girl was crying cause she apparantly saw something freaky. The guy holds her and tells her it was just a dream. Then the freaky ass Butler opens the swinging door besides them and says "No..it wasn't a dream". any help on what this movie is would be appreciated.

the "no...it wasn't a dream" line makes me think it's one of the Phantasm movies

Thought the same thing, plus those unfamiliar with the series could easily mistake the "Tall Man" as a butler :stare:
