This probably middle to late 70's. I believe it starts with an alien spaceship crashing on earth. A man with blonde hair finds the ship, and a necklace of some sort with a laser gun. When he puts on the necklace, it changes him to some kind of monster. He kills and destroys things with the gun. Another alien is sent to earth to retrieve the necklace and gun. He ends up killing the man at the end, I think. The alien kinda looked claymation. If anyone can help with this one, Thanks.
