Not children of the damned

There is a movie i saw a couple of years ago i belive.

It was a blackout in a barbeque party then every woman got pregnant.
All the children were born mentaly challenged, and one day all of them got sick at the same time then started to kill their paretnts.

I know that sounds like Children of the damned, the movie with all the children with white hair and wierd eyes, but this is a different movie :)

I'm pretty sure it's not The Children, but I do remember a BBQ scene in Beware :hmmm:
