The film is made in the year 2000 to 2006. Story is: mans wife died in car accident and he has a daughter. one day he discovered that by recording tv white noise to tape you can talk whit dead. Then he finds her wife from dead world by waching white noise. wife helps him to help some people from not dieing ( he saves one kid from car accident ) but by waching white noise dead people can come to living world ... dang i dont remember more
