UHM is moving!!

UHM will be moving to a "dedicated server" within the next couple days. This means that instead of sharing a server with other sites and getting database errors and pages that never load, it will be on its own personal server and should be as the name suggests: "dedicated".

So, hopefully we won't be experiencing anymore issues with all this downtime the site has received lately. Since it will be switching servers there may be some weird issues here and there, and there may be a point where the site doesn't load at all. All that will be temporary, as the server migrates to the better one :thumbup3:

The server peeps tweaked some settings and installed some new software to make things even faster, so hopefully that fixes these database error issues the site has been getting. Since they became more frequent, but didn't last as long as they once did, they became more of an annoyance than anything.

I dunno about you guys, but ever since the tweaks, I haven't had any downtime or lag from the site at all :yes:

Had a little trouble earlier -- the site was a bit laggy and I experienced a really quick database error. I'm gonna wait it out to see if it happens again before I contact the server peeps since this is the first issue I've had since the fix.
