Black James Bond type film set in Mall?

I remember seeing this comedy (?) a long time ago about a black man who like is stuck in a mall or some type of big place that requires a escalator the poster has him wearing like small shades and like a white suit i think or maybe a black blazer.

i think its one of the wayans brothers but i can't find anything.
