I don't know if the movie is from Korea, Japan, or China. But I remember from the beginning of the film is a guy walking down the sidewalk in a busy street, carrying a bag with something in it.
For a moment he is fine until someone knocks into him, ripping the bag to an extent of the package almost falling out. As he checks the package wrapped in a lot of paper, the camera then focuses on the item, which is really the head of a woman partial shown in the covering. While the close up is on the head, the left eye of the woman opens up, showing the color of her eye that doesn't seem human.
Anyone know what the name of the film is called?
