Saw this movie, probably a 90's film, where the guy would flip a quarter to decide what he would do. He ends up tormenting this girl because of this. Lots of driving and it takes place in Texas... or somewhere like that. I remember it being unintentionally silly and lots of blood. Any Ideas?

What a complete lot of n00bz, how can it sounds like the Hitcher? Hitcher has almost no blood, and humor is absent throughout :2far:
