UHM has been getting a lot of Spambots lately, so I've added a new CAPTCHA system that will hopefully stop them from registering. They started getting in when I switched to the new server and the old CAPTCHA stopped working properly (where people registering couldn't see the image).

One little change to fix that and it apparently opened the door for bots to get in easier. So like I said, hopefully this new CAPTCHA will work. If not, I will need to find yet another way to prevent it. If anyone sees a spambot post something and I'm not around just slap them with enough infractions to get them temp banned and I will make it permanent when I return :whew:

It looks like since I added the new CAPTCHA the spambots are resorting to using old dormant registered accounts here on UHM to promote da spam now :hmmm:
