I know I can't be the only one who looks forward toward the entire month of October. So much seasonal stuff going on before Halloween hits, even in Las Vegas.
This year, aside from our standard parking lot haunted houses and fall carnivals, our local cheapy theater is airing a few horror classics at night. The Exorcist, Interview with the Vampire, and Night of the Living Dead. I'm stoked about seeing NOTLD on the screen but wish they would have snagged Halloween too.
There's also Rob Zombie's Oct 30 concert. Tickets start at like 80 bucks which I think Zombie is a little worn out these days to be charging that much, but I'd more so want to go to see Capt. Clegg and the Night Creatures (that band from H2) ((Nekromantix will also be there)).
Anything in your area you're looking forward to?

Lingerie witches on Halloween night. I already have my costume for this year, too. :luris:
The Alamo Draft House has some good stuff happening around then, but I'll also be in the Dallas area the weekend before Halloween meeting some friends at an artist convention.

I AM FUCKING EXCITED!
I get the new BSB album next Tuesday and I am super stoked for it, even though I have already heard it. I am such a dedicated fan I am buying the regular edition cd at midnight at wal-mart when I just want the canadien deluxe edition but it won't be here maybe for another week or two.
Oh well...

October for me also means it's time to order a bunch of horror movies I have never seen from Amazon. I just put in a pre-order for Trick 'R Treat and two movies I hadn't even heard of before today.
Sometimes it's a great plan, and sometimes the movies all suck. This year's crop looks promising.

Oh this will be a great month! A ton of bands are coming, Stratovarius with Ravage and Sword Of Judgement this weekend. Then Children Of Bodom, The Black Dahlia Murder and Skeletonwitch on the 6th, KMFDM on the 13th, D.R.I sometime, Havok and Sword Of Judgement, there's a few I know I'm forgetting. Gotta sell some shit so I can see Bodom though. Then there's the fact Fall is my favorite season and Halloween is my favorite Holiday. I love this time of the Year.

The only thing that bothers me is the immature opinions of people on an online message board. Are we still in high school, am I not entitled to like whatever the fuck I want?
Sorry I don't conform like you, sorry if I choose to be different. How about you shut the FUCK UP before I put all my weight into a punch when I find you and knock you the back to the family fucking farm you were born at?
How about that douche?

October is a amazing month. Just love everything about it.
I love this month! Watching horror movie marathons, thinking of what horror movies I could do, like this month I'm doing a horror short, and thinking of what I want to dress up as for Halloween and go out and have fun!
I love Halloween.

pumpkin carving, world zombie day, going to the dungeons of horror, scarehouse, nightmare house, phantom fright nights, horror movie sales, halloween episodes of my fave shows, cider, pumpkin spice latte's, and of course I can't forget "It's the great pumpkin Charlie Brown!" and the Garfield specials i've watched every october since i was 5.
I freakin love this month!
