Anyone gonna try this game out? Its getting a lot of good reviews, but I hear it's best to be played with friends or online co-op. If anyone here is gonna try it out, I may get it and we can do some co-op :hmmm:

Started playing earlier, up to level 4 at the moment. Really diggin' it, but I wished it wasn't so easy to get money and ammo. Like you simply open things, where-as in games like Fallout forces you to pick locks and what-not. Too early to say much else about the game at the moment aside from it being fun. Hopefully I can do some co-op action later on when I get the hang of stuff more. :whew:

Not from what I can tell. Yes it has a post-apocalyptic theme, but so far datz where the similarities end. But like I said, I'm not very far in it, so I can't say much at da moment.

I have it on 360 and it's pretty addictive, but I can see it getting old in a month or two. Also, they promised customizeable weapons/vehicles, but that didn't make it to the final game. There are tons of different kinds of guns with all kinds of different stats, but you can't change or customize the different parts like promised. The cell shaded look doesn't bother me at all. And yes, it is much better with friends.

Can't wait for the DLC.

imo the zombies is good and the knoxx is a good one, but the moxxie is kinda a waste of money for it's just like horde mode on GOW2 or firefight on Halo ODST

anyway, back on the topic at hand. If you don't have borderlands i suggest checking it out, the game itself is really long, and the expansions are pretty good, except for Moxxie's expansion which is just 3 areas with an onslaught of enemies attacking you wave after wave.
