Bottom User Control Bar

I've added an experimental user control bar that's located at the bottom of all user browsers. This is just a temporary thing that I thought I'd try out. Currently there's no way to minimize or deactivate the bar, but I'm working on a way to do that.

Thoughts on the bar so far?

Found a way to hide it for users who want it, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment, so gonna mess wit it more.

I've decided to abandon the mod for the time being. It's fairly new, so I want to wait until it offers more features like, minimizing and pop-ups. I'm sure if I really tried I could edit it myself to offer all those features, but I don't really have the time nor do I want to rack my brain over it.

Just no point in having it around if no one's gonna use it. At the time i removed it, I thought I'd remove unnecessary things on the board in hopes of fixing the server issues. Of course the server issues were eventually fixed by moving to a dedicated server and making some tweaks here and there.

I actually kind of liked the bar, and would like to see it come back when it has enough features to really complement the site. As it was, the thing was just sort of there and not meshing well.
