New R-Type, on rails shooter

Not sure how this is gonna release or if it's going multi-platform but news is leading to a PS3 exclusive and possibly only be playable in Playstation Home....which will suck but oh well :D Looks like its gonna be Star Fox style on rails. The title may be this: R-Type: Flash of the Void

When I first seen this I was hoping for a new R-Type game :mad: Not like Dimensions on on 360 but something like R-Type Final 2 or something new :rocker: But this is indeed new and I am interested. Irem rules.

Well I figured I'd probably be the only person to comment on this. I'm not really a fan of "rail" shooters...but this could be fun. I'd rather have a full fledged R-Type sequel though.
