Trophy syncing issues

Anyone else having trouble viewing their trophies?

I need to sync my trophies so I can do a backup and set up my new PS3, but it gets stuck at 17%. If I keep going back to it it will sometimes go up to 21%, but then give me some whack error. I've checked online and a lot of people are getting mixed results with it. Some say it may be due to high traffic on the PSN due to MoW2.

I get it sometimes, maybe if you turn of your media servers it will work

They shouldn't even be on unless it's set to be on automatic :scratch:

Its automatic, go to your settings and disable them, it will get rid of the media server icon and issues of random signing of. They probably fixed it but this was a problem.

How long did you wait for it to sync?

I will try it later then. It doesn't give me a chance to wait really, it'll like go up to 17% or something all fast, then pause there, then I get an error code maybe like 15/20 seconds later. :myhead:

Did you get a Slim?

Trophies finally synced last night, but I can't backup my data, cuz the PS3 won't read the thumbdrive I was tryin' to use and my external drives can only connect via serial ATA :nervouswreck:

So I'm buying a new external drive (which I've been wanting to do for a while anyway) that I will use to backup my data :whew2:
