I don't really like the FF subgenre, but there have been some that've been pretty good or at least better than average:
Noroi: The Curse
Afflicted
Grave Encounters
The Taking of Deborah Logan
Troll Hunter
Chronicle (though not exactly horror)
Wer (not exactly found footage, but filmed in a similar way)
The V/H/S anthology movies are alright
That's all I can think of at the moment

Glad you said The Tunnel. Movie is very underrated. I also really enjoyed Lake Mungo. Slow burn, but some decent scenes

If you are in the mood..The Visit (2015) is pretty good as well. Has some legitimately funny moments, but also pretty unnerving. M. Night. Shamalamadingdong directed it, but it surprisingly doesn't suck.
