So far without the involvement od the wachowski's. This can only be a good thing since they haven't put out a good movie since the original matrix film. The two sequels were terrible. Well the second was unwatchable a d gave up after a hour. Can't imagine the third film being better

I'm not trying to be a dick here - but I always hated the matrix films, honestly. Ideas were obviously stolen wholesale from other films and manuscripts + cringeworthy bad kung fu action. AND ON TOP OF THAT - fucking Keanu Reeves in lead role aswell... Why remake a damn bad movie? My two cents, and now I'm angry.

As long as they stay away from remaking the original, which was an absolutely stellar movie, I have no problem with this. I read that they are taking some ques from the Star Wars franchise and may consider some side films. Like a young Morpheus side story. I think that would work
