A movie I can only remember 1 scene by

I can only remember 1 scene fromt his whole film, I was really yonge when I saw it.

What I remember is what might of been a dream sequence like scene, where a guy is running down the street from a demon like creature, maybe the devil himself, that's tall, big and I think is breathing fire.

I kind of doubt it, but does ring any bells for anyone?

I woulda said The Gargoyle in Tales From the Darkside: The Movie..
but no fire :shrugs:

There's a scene like that in Judgement Day AKA The Third Hand, but it was the Devil's minions, and no fire :shrugs:
