saw this when i was a kid late 80s early 90s so its kinda foggy
i believe it was something like a witch lived in a neighborhood i remember her livingroom was a witchs room then it would change to a normal room when ppl would come over then back to a witchs room when they left, and i remember a old woman got impaled by a giant lawn ornament that was a stork or some kind of bird
please help been trying to figure out for yrs
