What's this zombie movie?

I'm trying to remember a zombie movie. It started with a kid who moves to an army base and ends up with a girl and her father and a couple other people. He jogs the perimeter to stay fit every day and he sleeps in the watchtower and towards the end of the movie the zombies breach the fence and the survivors retreat to the forest I believe. I can't for the life of me remember the title, any help?

the first half of the description sounds like Body Snatchers from '93 but not the rest.

Sounds like you may be mixing BODY SNATCHERS (1993) with RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD 3 (1993).

Sounds like a mix of RotLD 3 and The Walking Dead :hmmm: Sounds like what they should of done with the rest of the series from what I have heard :straightface:
