1922
The Stephen King book adapted to a movie premiers on Netflix October 20th!
The book is amazing and I got to see the movie last night and I fucking loved every second of it.
Thomas Jane is perfect in this flick. I won't go into detail, it is best to see this movie knowing NOTHING about it.
But believe me, it is well worth your time! :2thumbs:
From IMDB:
A simple yet proud rancher in the year 1922 conspires to murder his wife for financial gain, convincing his teenage son to participate.

I've had Full Dark, No Stars for a few years now, but have yet to crack it open. Never realized 1922 was from that collection. Movie now on my radar and now on my list.

This was quite good. Nice amount of story and characterization, yet lots of chewy horror too.
The cow scene killed me though. I hate it when animals suffer - though I can take lots of human gore.
