Good to see it's going to be in daylight, so you can see what's happening, unlike that lame boring Pacific Rim movie.
Word is spreading that the trailer has been rated and is nearing release, possibly for the Hobbit next week but could it the web sooner. Also, it's said to be a good 2 1/2 minutes long. Keep a good eye out for the next week and a half.
I must see this trailer! I feel like I have heard about this for a long while now...gimmie some product damnit!
Last I red it comes out tomorrow
whose dumbass idea was it to release this movie the same month as Spiderman and the X-Men. Enjoy this one while it lasts folks, cuz there's no way its making enough for a sequel.
I still don't like the look of Godzilla. He looks too much like the '98 version. :dislike:
that's because you hate everything you see
When that trailer hits and I get out of class, I am replaying that shit for an hour straight.
Even the trailer looks lame. Don't bother..

Nope. I could care less about either the Spider-Man or X-Men franchises, and I worked in both of them, lol. I was a lead on the Emmerich film as well. It was fun at the time but nobody really liked it. This though, is an entirely different beast.
Trailer is fookin' awesome. They finally got the scale and "act of God" presence for Godzilla that he's always deserved.
I just want to keep watching that vid over and over. Epic use of the 2001 music cue.
I still don't know what in the hell a team of paratroopers are supposed to accomplish against an F6 tornado equivalent reptile, but what an amazing image.
Besides the rumble through the ground it should be like being in the middle of a thunderstorm as Big G moves since, at the very least, his tail would break the sound barrier. That was one of the issues the Pacific Rim folks had to contend with when they were designing the fight scenes. Even at their scale, not nearly as big as Godzilla (maybe that final kaiju leaving the breach was), they would have been constantly breaking the sound barrier moving at anywhere near human fighting or movement speed scaled up.
That 2001 music :femfap:
