Wow, this looks really good!
Plot doesn't make much sense to me, but idea is cool.
Kinda seems like a bit of Looper and Minority Report mixed together.
Those bandages might be a homage to Time Crimes as well.
Ahhh, good call
Ok...
Netflix for sure. Looks like it's a movie I could fall asleep to
Looks good
Movie turned out to be pretty damn good. I was expecting more of an action/scifi flick, but there's actually very little action at all. In fact, the first half is really just about someone's interesting life, while the second half finally goes more into the scifi aspect. Either way, I was glued to the screen from the start and the plot kept me guessing. Really well done movie all around. 8/10 :2thumbs:
A flick repost worthy. 9/10 - which speaks volumes about the substance of the movie considering it's overall lack of action.
Simply brilliant and thought provoking. Dark and brooding with excellent acting encapsulated by a tension building score. Truly intelligent writing on display here. Highly recommended :rockin:
..not to mention, the time traveling was awesome.
Watching this tonight
Good flick, a little predictable, but I dug it.
Spoiler...When he saw his own burnt face, you could tell it was him/jane. That kind of gave away the "surprise" ending. Plus they didn't show the face of the person he was fighting, so that kind of made it obvious.
I'd still give it a 7/10
Wow dude, you figured it out that quickly? I figured something was up with how that scene turned out, though I have to admit I was still thinking it was going to turn out
Spoiler...that Hawke was some sort of time-assassin and his target was Jane.
I only figured it out when they were walking down into the basement and
Spoiler...Hawke began singing "I'm My Own Grandpa"
Really, well done Sci-Fi flick.. to me it was kind of reminiscent of the old Twilight Zone/Outer Limits where it's Sci-Fi, but it kind of uses the "anything can be real" aspect of Sci-Fi writing to end up mulling over some aspect of humanity that we might not be privy to.
Though, I was trying to think about this..
Spoiler...has any Sci-Fi/Action movie dealt with the idea of an intersexual before?
I know there have been documentaries, foreign flicks, and dramas about the subject.. but I can't really think of an example of a Sci-Fi/Action movie dealing with the subject before.
Back to the Future hinted at it haha.
 good point!
