I am a huge fan of the sea monster movie "Deep Rising". I liked the humor, the dialogue, and the story. Not too many sea monster movies out there, and none on this scale. Even the CGI was good. Better than good. The special effects guys must have paid close attention to the mistakes that were made on "Anaconda" the year before. As far as I can tell, that is the only Treat Williams movie I have ever seen, at least where he played a lead role. So when I realized he was in "Dead Heat" I couldn't wait to see it. It looks like I might have rushed it. I was in the wrong mood, and watching it by myself. Hopefully someday those 2 circumstances will be reversed. I really want to give this one a chance.
IMDB say Treat was an uncredited Trooper in "Empire Strikes Back". Thats cool.
Not a movie, but your post reminds me of this book:

I've never read any of the Resident Evil books. My guilty movie serials tend to be the Aliens and Predator books. Some are good, a few have been really good, and the rest are ok.
Briane Keene is about the only author I've read in the zombie genre, except for WWZ. I'll look for this book. If I read it I'll let you know.
Might as well start at the beginning of the Resident Evil book series by S.D. Perry, they're surprisingly pretty good.
He also started the "Aliens" serials. Started a trilogy, wrote 1, co-wrote the second with his daughter, then she finished it. Pretty sure.

2008 Day Of The Dead Of The Dead. There are Zombie soldiers shooting guns in this scene.
So wrong. They're not zombies then. Are they?
It's not like they ride horses or anything............................
Nightmare City was like that. But, I saw it under the title of"City Of The Walking Dead"
Dead Men Don't Die possibly?
There's also the possibility it's Bad Taste.
