Need help finding horror vignette style movie from mid 00s

I ordered this low budget horror flick back in 06. It starts out with a group of friends at a house in the middle of nowhere. I'm pretty sure they don't tell each other the stories but they just start playing out for the audience.
The first story was about an Asian guy who has some kinda cursed antique or something. He ends up being chased around his apartment by some lil creature.
The other story I remember had to do with a brother and sister at their house. The brother plays a really realistic prank on his sister convincing her he has been murdered and so she freaks out and kills someone with an axe.
The last bit had to do with some people trying to get away from a killer. Some girl gets hit by a car or ignored by a car when she needs help and then you find out that she was a character from earlier in the movie or something , kinda like a twist.
