Supernatural demon house movie

I am looking for a movie that is about a girl who moves into this house alone. She experience some supernatural presence and calls these two guys who are paranormal investigators and work at a home video store.They come in and they fight these demons. One of them becomes a demon and gets decapitated but still lives as a talking head. They fight this powerful demon and at the end they destroy it. They leave and go to a coffee shop but the decapitated guy still lives as a talking head. Does anyone get where I am going with this?

The first movie that popped in my head was Ghost Team One, but some of what you described doesn't seem to match up. Either way, here's the trailer

No that wasn't it. There were only 3 main cast members. The house was like secluded in a forest. The main woman was blonde. One of the two guys looks like a geek. It wasn't found footage film and there were battling real demons. Sorry but thanks for answering though.
