I'm not a big fan of the two Iron Man sequels or the Thor solo films. Iron Man 3 is a bit better than 2 and Thor The Dark World is a bit better than the first one but they aren't films I would watch over and over again.

Probably Iron Man 3. Guy Pierce as the most stereotypical villain ever.
I've thought about this a lot and I'd have to say honestly Iron Man 2. I still don't think it's terrible but it is certainly not on par with the others. (though the end fight with the bots and War Machine is a great segment) It doesnt move the characters forward and other than creating a temporary problem (reactor sickness) and creating a solution (new reactor) nothing great came out of it.
I'm not big fan of the Thor movies but I'm also no fan of the character either. I hope Ragnorock fixes that and rumored to be a hulk-thor team-up would certainly help in that area.
I'm one of the few that really liked Iron Man 3, though I understand why people don't like it. I just love the idea of a traumatized Tony and it really leads into the later films in terms of his character progress and eventual breakdown. Pepper in the Iron Man suit is awesome as well.
