Twisted messed up horror

Any recommendations for some twisted, brutal, just plain messed up movies? Along the lines of Martyrs, Salo, August Underground series, Serbian Film, Cannibal Holocaust, Inside, High Tension.

Seems like foreign films are more extreme which is a good thing. Thanks

Hmm, you posted the ones I mostly know about. Have you seen Philosophy of a Knife?

^ that, Hate Crime fits so does the Bunny Game and Scrapbook but those two are a touch more mental than physical. Going to assume you've done both the Gueine Pig franchise as well as the American remake.
