80s or early 90s horror possibly called "The gift"?

this movie seems to be the hardest for me to track down probably because i am certain it was called "the Gift" yet i cant find anything and ive tried every page on imdb , i'll tell you what i remember to the best of my ability, at the start of the movie im sure there is some storm going on and a guy gets attacked by some beast in his shack or something , pretty much after that anything that he has touched if other people touch they die , they dissolve or something, i remember some scene where obviously he had touched a mirror and some lady was naked looking at herself in it next minute the shattered mirror is dissolving into her body , the towns people start a manhunt for him and so on , if anyone can help me out on this one your a legend , it was over 15yrs ago when i saw this and have never came across it since so sorry if my description isnt very accurate.

theres another movie im looking for aswell i remember it being pretty trashy , dont remember much except some chick is made to give her dentist a blowjob when he gets out to take a piss she runs him over , i think she finds a gun , then she comes across some dudes pickin on some old homeless woman which i remember one line being " lets take a look at granny's fanny" and she shoot's them cant remember much else from that , cheers if you know this one aswell!
