90's horror movie called?

A few years ago i had a stroke and I can't remember shit, but hope somebody could help with a movie title.

All i remember is that somebody went underneath a house. The scene i remember is that they had matches or a flashlight and they couldn't see anything, but every once in a while the flashlight would come on for a second. It could of been a lighter or a camera with flash, but when the flash/light came on briefly there was a zombie/monster. For some reason I think the guy had a gun/shotgun.. I know that isn't much to tell, just hoping anyone could remember it.

I think it was in the early 90's.

It took me a little while to find it, but I found it. It was in 1991, the film is called The Resurrected aka Shatterbrain
