Need Help (Killer with a poem)

Hey, my friend asked me if I knew this movie or not. She told me the info she remembered from it, but I didn't know the title still. So I was wondering if any of you guys/girls know this movie??


--- The last scene was the killer with a knife, while a woman was on or near the staircase. She yelled at him why are you doing this?! and then starts to say a poem:
There was a little girl
And she had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead,
When she was good,
She was very, very good,
And when she was bad she was horrid.



Then before the end credits roll, it says something about this movie had no real plot.

Maybe "Paperhouse". That one had the father at the bottom of the stairs with a hammer or something like that. He was looking up the staircase at his daughter and I believe he said a poem or some type of rhyme.
